Director for Intramural and Club Sports, Ross Crist enters his first year in the Bryant University Athletic Department. Crist oversees Bryant’s diverse intramural program and the 14 club sports teams. Crist handles programming, scheduling, supervising student staff, officiating, intramural website management, updating and creating intramural and club sports policies.

Crist also serves on the instructional staff at Bryant University. He is an instructor in the Foundations for Learning department teaching incoming freshman and transfer students.

Crist graduated from Ohio University in 2009 with a degree in Recreation Management.  He then went on to work for the United States Air Force Marathon and then served as the Manager for the United States Air Force Tennis Facility. Crist then returned to Ohio University as a Graduate Instructor in the Physical Education and Sports Science Department and gained his Master’s degree from Ohio University in 2011 in Recreation and Sport Pedagogy.

A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Crist is a member and Bryant University's representative to the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA).
