Keith MacWhorter-Varsity Baseball Early 1970’s
A former standout pitcher for Bryant in the early 70’s, Keith went on to enjoy a seven-year professional baseball career, including a tour with the Boston Red Sox.
Signed to a professional contract by the LA Dodgers after
graduating from Bryant in 1974, he later was cut by the Dodger
organization but was resigned by the Red Sox. Within two
years he moved up from Class A to Triple AAA and saw mound duty
with the Red Sox in Boston.
