first place finish, touching the wall in 1:29.31.
On the women's side, sophomore Jess Looney (Goffstown, NH) open the championships with a third place finish Friday in the 1650 freestyle and followed with several second place finishes Saturday and Sunday, including the 200 backstroke (2:11.01), the 200 IM (2:13.09) and the 400 IM (4:39.12).
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL (3-2, 2-2 NE-10)
The Bryant women's basketball team rebounded from Wednesday's loss
at Assumption with a convincing 71-37 win over UMass Lowell
Saturday afternoon at the Chace Athletic Center. Junior Cara
Johnson (Endicott, NY) had a game-high 16 points while Kelsey
O'Keefe (Warren, MA) had nine points and nine rebounds.

Senior guard Jon Ezeokoli (South Orange, NJ) became the 31st player
in school history to score 1,000 points in a career Saturday as the
Bulldogs rolled to a 72-50 win over visiting UMass Lowell.
Ezeokoli notched a team-best 16 points and reached the 1,000 point
milestone with a three-pointer midway through the second half as
Bryant pulled away. Sophomore guard Chris Birrell (Scituate,
RI) is second on the team in scoring this year with 13.0 ppg.
The Bulldogs will host Bentley College Tuesday night. The
Falcons are undefeated this year (5-0) and bring a No. 1 national
ranking into the game. Bentley defeated Bryant four times
last season, including a thrilling 78-76 win before 2,660 at the
Chace Center in February. Bentley would end Bryant's season a
month later in the NCAA Regional Championship in Waltham, MA.
