South Easton, Mass. - The Northeast-10 Conference, in conjunction with the New York Collegiate Conference (NYCAC) and Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) has announced that all NCAA Division II Northeast Regional tournament games for men?s and women?s basketball teams will be broadcast live and in their entirety through the Northeast-10 website with the assistance of TEAMLINE and PrestoSports.
The Northeast-10 Conference has also announced that CBS Sports and the NCAA, which owns the broadcast rights to the NCAA tournament games, has allowed the Northeast-10 to videocast each Northeast Regional Championship Game.
A total of 11 (of a possible 16) Northeast-10 men?s and women?s programs were granted bids to the NCAA tournament.
The women?s tournament features six Northeast-10 teams including No. 1 seed and tournament host Merrimack College, along with No. 2 seed Bentley College, No. 3 seed Southern Connecticut State University, No. 4 seed American International College, No. 6 seed Pace University, and No. 7 seed Bryant College.
The men?s tournament features five Northeast-10 programs including No. 1 seed and tournament host Bentley College, No. 2 seed Saint Anselm College, No. 4 seed Southern New Hampshire University, No. 5 seed the College of Saint Rose, and No. 6 seed Bryant College.
