Nick Campbell Named NE-10 Freshman of the Week

EASTON, MASS. - After batting .464 (13-for-28, with five runs, and five RBI, center fielder Nick Campbell (Raynham, Mass.) was named the Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week.

Campbell was 4-for-5 with a double at American International, while hitting safely in all six games during Bryant's 4-2 week.

Campbell is the third Bulldog freshman to be named Freshman of the Week, joining C Jeff Vigurs (South Windsor, CT) and RF Taylor Ferguson (Charlton, Mass.).

Dan Lozeau (Pelham, NH) and Kevin Cobb (Acton, Mass.) were also named Pitchers of the Week this season.

The Bulldogs host Saint Rose Tuesday (3:30 p.m.) and Stonehill Wednesday (3:30 p.m.)
