BASEBALL TRAVELS TO NORTHEASTERN FRIDAY FOR FIRST OF THREE-GAME WEEKEND SERIES

BASEBALL VISITS NORTHEASTERN TODAY AT 3:30 PM

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University baseball team will look to rebound from Wednesday’s 8-2 loss to Boston College when the Bulldogs travel to Northeastern University (4-3) this afternoon for the first of a three-game weekend series with the Huskies.

Bryant (2-9) will send Sal Lisanti to the hill today where he will face junior Les Williams who is 1-0 on the year and boasts a 3.00 ERA.

The two teams will meet Saturday at Bryant’s Baseball Complex in Smithfield, R.I. for a 1 p.m. game before closing out the series Sunday back at Northeastern with a 1 pm first-pitch start time.
