BASEBALL ADDS ROAD GAME WITH BROWN ON THURSDAY (3:30 PM)
SMITHFIELD, R.I.- The Bryant baseball team added a game to their schedule, traveling to play Brown University Thursday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. This will be the second meeting between the two teams this season, as the Bulldogs beat the Bears just last week by a final of 4-3. Eric Polvani (Wallingford, Conn.) got the win on the mound for Bryant, while Mark Andrews (Hillsborough, N.J.) recorded his ninth save of the year.
Kevin Cobb (Acton, Mass.) will get the start on the hill, in search of his seventh win in as many starts. The senior has already tied a career-high with six wins on the year, matching his total from both his sophomore and junior season.
The Bulldogs are also in action on Wednesday, as they welcome Harvard University to the Bryant Baseball Complex for a 3:30 p.m. game. Dan Lozeau (Pelham, N.H.) will go for Bryant, posting a 4-0 record with a 4.15 ERA on the year so far.
