SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University head baseball coach Steve Owens has announced the team’s schedule for the upcoming 2011 season, as the program looks to defend its regular-season Northeast Conference title. The Bulldogs will play 22 home games in 2011 as part of a schedule that features a full NEC slate as well as contests against Oklahoma State, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Boston College, Harvard, Connecticut and intrastate rivals Brown and Rhode Island.

Walk On Tryouts will occur at 11am-1pm on Saturday, September 11th at the baseball field. All candidates need to stop by the baseball office before September 8 to fill out the necessary waiver form for participation. The waiver form will be posted on the baseball office door and needs to be filled out and returned to the baseball office before September 9th.
