Football Opens Spring Practice March 28

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - After the most successful season in school history including its first ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament, the Bryant football team returns to the field with its first of 15 practices March 28th and culminates with the annual Spring Game and Team Barbeque on April 21st.

The annual Black & Gold Spring Game will be played at the Bryant Turf Complex and will kick off at 1:30 pm with a BBQ immediately following.  Cost of the BBQ is just $5 dollars.

In his third year, Marty Fine led the Bulldogs to their best season ever in 2006. The Bulldogs won the Northeast-10 Conference and hosted an NCAA tournament game for the first time.

The Bulldogs open the 2007 season on Saturday, September 8 against American International at Bulldog Stadium.
