Dave Paganetti begins his first year at Bryant but second stint after serving two years at the University of New Haven. In a previous stint at UNH, the coaching veteran spent five years as an assistant with the Chargers. Prior, Paganetti spent four seasons working with fellow Northeast Conference member Central Connecticut State University. He assisted with the defensive line after working three seasons with the Blue Devil secondary.

The long-time coaching veteran has over 30 years of experience at all levels, including collegiate, semi-pro and professional. Paganetti spent six seasons as an assistant coach at Bryant University after working the 1999 season at Bridgewater State Pagnetti has also held similar positions at Lehigh, Princeton and Southern Connecticut. Paganetti and his wife, Doreen, have five children: Alicia, David, Rob, Allison and Briana.
