Daisher joins Fine’s staff after several stops in the professional ranks. Most recently, Daisher was the defensive line coach for the Hartford Colonials of the United Football League in 2010. Prior to that, he spent the 2009 season with the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles as the special teams coordinator. It was his second time serving as an assistant for Philadelphia. 

In 2004-05, Daisher was the special teams quality control coach and assistant defensive line coach for coach Andy Reid’s Eagles squad that reached the Super Bowl in Jacksonville, Fla. In between his two stops with Philadelphia, Daisher was the special teams coach with the Oakland Raiders (2006) and for the Cleveland Browns (2007-08).

Daisher also brings a wealth of coaching experience at the collegiate level as well to Bryant, with assistant coaching positions at Illinois (1979), Northern Illinois (1980-84), Eastern Michigan (1985-88), Cincinnati (1989-92), Army (1995-97), Indiana (1998-2000) and East Carolina (2000-03).
