Before Bryant: A 2005 graduate of Simsbury High School, Alexander was a four-year letterwinner for the Trojans ... Also lettered in lacrosse and played two years of hockey ... Named to All-Conference team as a junior and senior.

Personal: Daughter of George and Peggy Alexander, Lauren Marie Alexander was born March 26, 1987... Has one brother, Jason, who was a two-year captain of the Bryant baseball team.

COACHES' CORNER: Lo is one of the craftiest players I have ever coached.  She keys on opponents' weaknesses and uses her speed to break things down in the midfield. Having arrived as a true walk-on her freshman year, it is her work ethic which earned her a starting spot and the respect of her teammates and coaches.
