SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- The Bryant University field hockey team is chipping in to do its part this offseason, taking time to contribute to the Rhode Island community in which its members live. The Bulldogs will be taking part in four different charity or community events in March and April.

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University head field hockey coach Shaunessey Saucier is pleased to announce the signing of four student-athletes to National Letters of Intent for the 2010 season. The quartet of incoming recruits make up the Bulldog field hockey Class of 2014 and will join the Bryant field hockey team in 2010 for its third year of Division I action and first season of NCAA eligibility. The four-member class includes an addition at every position.

SOMERSET, NJ – A total of 55 Bryant University student-athletes have been named to the Northeast Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll, including seven student-athletes earning Fall Commissioner’s Honor Roll distinction announced this week by the conference office.
