Williams Named Northeast-10 Conference Player of Week as Bulldogs Visit AIC Tonight

Williams Honored As Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Week

SMITHFIELD, RI - Bryant senior guard John Williams (Springfield,Mass.) has been named the Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Week after averaging 21.7 points per game and three assists in leading Bryant to a 3-0 start to the season. The Bulldogs visit AIC this evening with the Bryant women tipping off at 5:30 p.m. followed by the men at 7:30 p.m.

Williams poured in 22 points and shot 50.0 percent from the floor (7-14) in a 70-62 win over Adelphi last Tuesday and followed with 22 points in a win over Bridgeport and 21 points vs. NYIT, earning MVP honors of the Bridgeport Purple Knight Classic.
