BULLDOG MEN BROADCAST LIVE ON WOON 1240 AM FOR 2009-10 SEASON

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - For the second-straight season, WOON 1240 AM will serve as the home for Bryant University men's basketball, as the Rhode Island station will carry all 11 home games throughout the 2009-10 season. Games will be broadcast live from the Chace Athletic Center with veteran sportscaster Jon Wallach of 98.5 FM The Sports Hub returning to call all the action as the Voice of the Bulldogs.

Bryant enters its second season of Division I play under second-year head coach Tim O'Shea and will host its first home contest on Wednesday, Nov. 25 at 4 p.m., welcoming intrastate rival Brown University to the Chace Athletic Center.

WOON 1240 AM has been the home of Bryant football for the past two seasons and is the home of the weekly Marty Fine Football Coaches Show every Monday night.  The final Marty Fine Coaches Show will air at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 23 and will lead up to Bryant's season finale at Duquesne University (Nov. 21, 12 p.m.).
