Men's Golf Headed to NCAA Tournament for 27th Time

Men's Golf Headed Back To NCAA Tournament May 2-4
Bulldogs Making 27th Appearance in NCAA Tournament

SMITHFIELD, RI - A fixture in the N.C.A.A. tournament over past several decades, the Bryant University men's golf team is headed back to the NCAA Regionals, May 2-4 in Jackson, New Jersey.  The tournament will be hosted by St. Thomas Aquinas College and will be held at the Pine Barrens Golf Club.  The top team from each of the five regionals will advance to the finals May 17-20 at The Club at Savannah Harbor in Savannah, Georgia. Bryant is the defending Northeast/East Regional Champion. 

Bryant has qualified for 27 NCAA Championships since 1973 and have advanced to 10 consecutive NCAA Regional Championships since the regional format was implemented in 1996.  The Bulldogs are the defending regional champion, winning last year in Millersville, Pa.

The Bulldogs won their 19th Northeast-10 Conference Championship last fall and coming off an incredible outing at the Le Moyne Springtime Invitational that saw the team set a new school record with a two-day total of 283 while senior co-captain David Falcucci shot a record two-day total of 134 including a school record 65 on the opening day.
