Golfers Place Sixth at Flumere Invitational Wednesday

BRYANT GOLFERS PLACE SIXTH AT BENTLEY INVITE

STOW, Mass. - Newcomer Michael Pyne fired a 77 and freshman Eric Tankanow carded an 80 as the Bryant men's golf B - team placed sixth at the 35th annual one-day Lou Flumere Invitational hosted by Bentley College at Stow Acres Country Club.

The Bulldogs finished with a score of 325 behind overall winner Nichols College (312) and AIC (317).  AIC's Garrett Beyor took first place honors with a round of 72.  Pyne, a transfer from UConn, finished tied for fourth with his 77. Alex Daley, Kyle Hoffman and freshman Dan Kokosa all finished tied for 52 with an 84.
