MEN'S GOLF SELECTED TO NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
SMITHFIELD, RI - The Bryant University men's golf team has been selected to participate in the 2008 NCAA Division II Golf Championships. A total of 80 teams and 50 individuals were selected to participate beginning with the Super Regionals May 5-7. Bryant, seeded second begins Adelphi, will compete at the Northeast/East Super Regional May 5-7 at St. Annes's Golf Club in New Castle, Delaware. Wilmington College will serve as the host.
The top team from each region within the super regional and the top individual not with a team from each suuper regional (regardless of region) will advance to the finals May 14-17 at the Division II Spring National Championships Festival in Houston, Texas. The finals will be hosted by Rice University and the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority.
