Men's Lacrosse Ranked Seventh in Preseason Poll

SIX BULLDOGS NAMED INSIDE LACROSSE-FACE OFF PRESEASON ALL-AMERICAN

SMITHFIELD, RI - The Bryant University men's lacrosse team was picked seventh in the Face-Off Yearbook Preseason Top-10 poll for 2008.  The Bulldogs posted an 11-4 overall record last season and coming off its most successful season under coach Mike Pressler. 

The Bulldogs posted a perfect 9-0 record in capturing the program's first Northeast-10 Conference title and just missed out on earning a spot in the NCAA Division II Championship.

Defending national champion Le Moyne was picked to repeat as champions this year followed by NYIT and Mercyhurst at No. 2 and No. 3 respectively.  The Bulldogs will play five of the team ranked in the top-10. 

In addition to dates with Le Moyne (March 22) and NYIT (Mar. 15), the Bulldogs will face No. 8 Adelphi (Feb. 23), No. 9 Saint Andrew's (Mar. 8), and No. 6 CW Post (Mar. 1).
