Time of Pace Game Saturday Moved to 3 p.m.

PACE GAME MOVED TO 3 P.M. START AT PLEASANTVILLE, NY

SMITHFIELD, RI - The start of this Saturday's Bryant vs. Pace men's lacrosse game has been changed to 3 p.m. The Northeast-10 Conference game will take place at Pace Field in Pleasantville, NY.  The Bulldogs (7-3) bring a four-game win streak into the game while Pace (6-3) has won three-straight and boast a 4-1 mark at home.

Bryant, led by the play of junior Kevin Hoagland and Bryan Kaufmann, are coming off a 12-5 win at Bentley Wednesday night.  Hoagland netted four goals in the win giving him 23 on the season while Kaufmann comes into the game second with 18 goals and team-best 13 assists.  Kaufmann has been particulary dangerous in a man-up situation where he has five goals on the year.

Jim Long and Matt McKeefrey are both second with 10 goals under their belt so far while freshmen Gary Crowley (9g, 3a) and Evan Roberts (6g, 1a) have been playing very well in their first seasons at Bryant.

Goalie Michael Kennedy is currently third in the Northeast-10 with a 6.80 goals against average and has made 97 saves. 

Bryant will travel to Franklin Pierce on Sunday for a 1 p.m. game to close out the weekend.
