2010-11 (Senior): Earned first team all-NEC at No. 1 doubles with Nolan Gelman as a senior ... Went 10-8 overall with a 7-5 dual match record at No. 1 singles including 3-2 against Northeast Conference opponents. 
2009-10: A transfer from Marquette University, Paredes enjoyed a fantastic year with the Bulldogs. Overall, he was 18-10 overall and 12-9 in dual matches. He posted a winning record at No. 2 singles at 9-8 and was 3-1 playing at No. 1 for the Bulldogs in four matches.
Against NEC opposition, Paredes went 1-1 defeating Sacred Heart’s Chris Ujkic 6-3, 6-4 and fell to Quinnipiac’s John Hughes 7-5, 6-4.
Highlighting Paredes’ year was an incredible performance at the UConn Invitational in the fall where he won four straight matches to capture the Flight A singles bracket championship. For his efforts, he was named NEC Player of the Week.
