Brookville, NY - Overnight rain on Long Island has pushed the Bulldogs' second NCAA tournament game back to 4pm today. The Bulldogs will take on conference rival Le Moyne for the sixth time this year.
The Bulldogs won their 30th game yesterday, a new high under coach Lisa-Ann Wallace. The Dogs were led by strong efforts by seniors Jennifer Serrano (Stoneham, Mass.), Janine Enos (Wareham, Mass.) and Jessica Valentini (Cliffside Park, NJ). [more]
SMITHFIELD, RI - The Bryant University men's tennis team, champions of the Northeast-10 Conference for the first time since 1994, have been selected to participate in the 2008 NCAA Division II Men's Tennis Championships next week in Bloomsburg, PA.
Bryant (20-3) and ranked No. 3 in the East Region, will open first round play against Adelphi University (13-8). Host Bloomsburg (14-5) will face Merrimack (10-6) in the other first round match with the winners to meet in the second round. The NCAA Round of 16 will take place May 14-17 in Houston, TX.
