"Team Muise" Raises $21,500 for Cancer Research in Honor of Ex-Player's Father
Four years ago, head softball coach Lisa-Ann Wallace's star player and team leader Carly Muise's father Peter was diagnosed with cancer. At the time, Dargon was a fellow player of Muise but has since moved to the coaching box.

Touched by Muise's courage and resolve, the coaches now want to do something to give back and help defeat this terrible disease.
In August, Wallace and Dargon rode the 200 mile Pan-Mass Challenge from Sturbridge, Mass. to Provincetown, Mass. on Cape Cod. Proceeds from the event went to the Dana Farber Cancer Center and the Jimmy Fund.
The coaches were joined by Carly Muise and her cousin Lisa as well as a family friend.
Together, "Team Muise" raised $21,500 for cancer research.
"It was a great opportunity to help a tremendous cause," said Wallace. "It meant a lot to us considering all the Muise family has gone through and what Carly has meant to this program."
