2008 Season Outlook:Will look to secure one of
the corner outfield spots and provide a power-hitting bat in the
middle of the Bulldog lineup. 
As a Sophomore: Started 35 games and hit .252 with two home runs. Came on strong in the NCAA tournament, hitting .313 with 3 RBI in 6 games.
As a Freshman: Thomas earned Third Team All-Conference honors with four home runs and a .268 batting average in 35 starts. She hit a game-winning home run against regional powerhouse C.W. Post on April 15.
Before Bryant: Kate is a 2005 graduate of Trinity High School where she was a four year starter. She also played basketball for four years and earned a state championship in 2005. Kate earned High Honors academically in high school.
Personal: Katelyn Thomas was born July 7, 1987.
She is the daughter of Sue and Bob Thomas. Kate is an Actuarial
Mathematics major.
