Barrett made 13 appearances on the hill as the number two pitcher for the Bulldogs, starting in five games. She finished the year with a record of 0-4 while throwing 33.2 innings and striking out 15 batters. Barrett went 1.1 innings in relief against Maine, striking out two batters without allowing a baserunner. Against Quinnipiac on April 5, Barrett went 2.2 innings in relief, shutting down the Bobcats on just two hits.
As a Freshman:

Before Bryant: Steph is a 2008 graduate of Timberlane Regional High School where she wasa four year member of the varsity softball team.  In 2008 she helped lead her team to win the State Championship. That year she was named the Lawrence Tribune MVP and was named to the New Hampshire All-State team. She also played in two All-Star games.  Steph was also a 2 year member of the varsity volleyball team. She graduated top 10 in her class of 400 students and was a member of the French, Math, and National Honor Societies.  

Personal: Stephanie Leigh Barrett was born on May 28, 1990.  She is the daughter of Peter and Marlene Barrett. Stephanie's major is in Psychology.
