BULLDOGS FINISH STRONG AT NORTHEAST-10 SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS; SET 27 SCHOOL RECORDS
December 3, 2006 RESULTS
NEW HAVEN, CT- The Bulldog swim team finished up competition in the Northeast-10 Swimming Championships Sunday in New Haven. Southern Connecticut State University, the meet's host, won the championship for the fourth straight year. In their second trip to the event, the Bulldog women finished fourth while the Bulldog men finished fifth.
The Southern Connecticut men finished with 902 points in the event, followed by Saint Rose with 708, Bentley with 660.5, Le Moyne with 548.5, Bryant with 335.5, Saint Michael's with 246, and Pace with 183.5.
The Owl women's team finished with 1,030 points, followed by Le Moyne with 857, Bentley with 609, Bryant with 379, Saint Rose with 315, Pace with 238, and Saint Michael's with 233.
The Bulldogs set 27 school records during the three-day meet.
