Greigre and Stevenson Honored by Northeast-10 Conference

Track Athletes Honored By Northeast 10

SMITHFIELD, RI - Bryant junior Hafiz Greigre (Attleboro, MA) and sophomore Natasha Stevenson (Haverhill, MA) were named Northeast-10 Conference Track Male and Female Athletes of the Week respectively Monday afternoon.  The pair had outstanding performances at the Northeastern New Balance Invitational last weekend.

Greigre placed second in the 55 meters and earned a first place finish in the 200 meters while Stevenson set a school record in the 200 meters to finish third in 26.26 seconds.

Dallas Lynch and Jessica Cegarra were also honored by the conference, earning weekly honor roll distinction.  Lynch was fourth in the men's long jump and took second in the triple jump, clearing 45-10-.75.  Cegarra took third in the shot put with a mark of 40 feet, six inches.
