SOUTH KINGSTON, R.I. - The Bryant University men's and women's track and field teams were back in action this past weekend competing in the University of Rhode Island Track & Field Invitational at Mackal Field House.

A week after a strong showing at BU, the Bulldog men turned in several strong performances at the meet led by first-place finishes by Mike DiBella (Upper Saddle River, NJ) and Alex Engel (Spencer, MA) and another impressive outing by the 4x400 meter relay squad.

Other highlights on the day included Anthony Monteiro's (Leominster, MA) third-place in the finals of the 55 meter hurdles (8.25) and O'Connor's second-place finish in the 200 meters in 22.68.
