Perry Honored for Third Straight Week

Easton, MA - Graduate student Shannon Perry (Providence, RI) was named the Northeast-10 Player of the Week for her play during the past week. This is the third consecutive week that Perry has been honored and fifth time this season.

Perry averaged 25 points (16-34 FG), 13 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 4.5 steals per game in a 1-1 week for the Bulldogs. She had a game-high 26 points and 13 rebounds in a win over Saint Michael's, shooting 7-15 from the floor and 12-13 from the free throw line. Shannon then followed with a game high 24 points (9-19 FG) and 13 rebounds against Bentley.

In 16 games this season, Perry is averaging 19.3 points and 12.7 rebounds per game. She is 101-214 from the floor this year, which is good for 47.2%. She will play her final collegiate game on Tuesday, when the Bulldogs host Merrimack at 5:30 for Senior Day.
