Bulldogs play final preseason match on Saturday

Smithfield, RI - The Bryant University women's basketball squad will play their final preseason game against Franklin Pierce on Saturday at 2:00pm in the Chace Athletic Center.

Bryant will play Northeast-10 opponent Franklin Pierce in a preseason exhibition game open to the public. Later in the year, the Bulldogs will travel to Franklin Pierce on January 28 for a Northeast-10 regular season match.

The Bullogs are warmed up and are ready for the 2005-06 season to begin. Already this preseason, Bryant has played against two Division I schools. Earlier this week they went to Providence College to face off in an exhibition at Alumni Hall. Last week they traveled to the south end of the state to challenge the Rams of the Unviersity of Rhode Island at the Ryan Center.

Bryant will begin regular season action next Tuesday, November 15 at Queens.
