2005-06 Season Outlook: A transfer from Syracuse University, Perry knows how to score and will be at the top of the scoring column this year for the Bulldogs. Has a sweet and pure looking shot which, results in a lot of baskets for Perry. Good decision-making and experience from a Division I school will do nothing but help the Bulldogs this season.
Before Bryant: Played in the 2000 and 2003-03 seasons at Syracuse University. Scored 1053 points, which is good for 13th all-time in Orange history.
High School: Graduated from LaSalle Academy in 1999. played four years of basketball for the Rams. As a freshman, Perry scored 39 points and grabbed 25 rebounds in a game. Led the Rams to a State Championship in 1999. First-Team all-state selection all four years in high school. Gatorade player sophomore, junior and senior years. Tallied over 2000 points in her high school career.
Personal: A native of Providence, RI, Shannon L. Perry has two brothers, Derrick and Lorenzo. Lorenzo is a member of the Bryant University football team. Daughter of Robin Perry and Carlos Bryant.
