2006-07 Season Outlook: Will join basketball team at the conclusion of the 2006 volleyball season. Her outstanding strength and jumping ability will make Jessica a terrific rebounder.

At Bryant: Volleyball awards: First team all Northeast-10 Conference in 2006, Second all Northeast-10 Conference selection in 2005, third all NE-10 in 2004, NE-10 Freshman of the year in 2003.

Before Bryant: Named the Lawrence Eagle Tribune female athlete of the year in 2003. Won 14 varsity letters in high school - four each in volleyball, basketball and outdoor track and field and two in indoor track and field.

Personal: Jessica Cegarra, born Dec. 11, 1984 is the daughter of Louis and Roberta Cegarra. Her major is applied psychology. Has one brother.
