Michelle Lewis Named Academic All-District

LEWIS NAMED ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT

SMITHFIELD, RI - Bryant University women's lacrosse senior MICHELLE LEWIS (East Amherst, NY.) has been named to the 2005 Academic All-District Second Team as selected by College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).  
    
Lewis, who recently earned a degree from Bryant University with a 3.82 GPA with a double concentration in Accounting and Computer Information Systems, was a two-sport standout in both field hockey and women's lacrosse at Bryant.  She earned First Team All-Northeast-10 Conference honors in lacrosse this past spring and was a second team all-region selection in leading the Bulldogs with 39 caused turnovers defensively and 65 ground balls.
