RINDGE, NH - The Bryant University women's lacrosse team bounced back strong from Tuesday's loss to Bentley with a solid 19-5 win at Franklin Pierce Thursday night.
Sophomore Delia Glover and Lindsey Cann each had four goals apiece to lead the way for the Bulldogs who improved to 3-2 overall and 2-1 in the Northeast-10. Franklin Pierce falls to 1-5 (0-2 NE-10) on the season.
Glover scored the game's first two goals while three first half tallies by Cann and a goal from Lauren Carlisle helped the Bulldogs race out to a 10-0 lead.
Bryant led 13-2 at the half and stretched its lead to 15-2 thanks to two more goals by Glover in the opening three minutes and the Bulldogs never looked back.
Bryant out-shot the Ravens 34 to 13 in the game and won 18 of 25 draw controls. Chelsea Pettingill made three saves in the net.
Bryant will visit Assumption this Saturday for a 1 p.m. game.
