During her coaching career at Bryant, Healy has led the Bulldogs to a combined 32-16 overall record in four years, including a trio of winning seasons and a 23-7 mark in the Bulldogs’ Division II Northeast-10 Conference before making the move to Division I. She led the Bulldog program into a new era starting in the 2009 season, as the athletic department and the women’s lacrosse team embarked on their inaugural Division I campaign.

Healy first arrived in Smithfield, R.I. in the spring of 2005 after serving as the Assistant Program Director at MetroLacrosse, Inc., a Boston-based organization that provides free youth lacrosse leagues in Boston's historically underserved communities.

Before joining MetroLacrosse, Healy enjoyed two successful seasons as an assistant coach at UMass Amherst in her first stop on the coaching ladder. During her tenure under head coach Carrie Bolduc, the Minutewomen won 17 games from 2003-04, including an 2003 season that saw UMass go 11-8 and finish as the Atlantic 10 Runner-Up.

In her 2008 season with Wagner, Healy’s Seahawks went 3-13 with a 3-5 mark within the Northeast Conference.

A 2002 graduate of Syracuse University, Healy enjoyed an outstanding career for the Orange, helping lead her team to three NCAA Championship appearances. A two-time All-American at Syracuse as a freshman and sophomore, she also earned Second Team Big East honors during her senior season.

A native of Freeport, N.Y., where she was a high school All-American, Healy graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies.
