Kalukiewicz?s Goal & Assist Leads Bryant to 10th Victory

SMITHFIELD, RI ? Senior Christine Kalukiewicz (Littleton, Mass.) scored a goal and assist on her way to leading the Bryant University women?s soccer team to a 3-1 victory over Northeast-10 Conference foe Le Moyne today in a game played at Bulldog Stadium.
Bryant (10-2-2) used two first half goals and second half goal to get the win. The first goal of the game came at 16:19 mark when senior Kristen Harmon (Nashua, NH) got an assist from Kalukiewicz to make the score 1-0. Bryant went on to score what proved to be the game-winner one minute later when freshman Stephanie Zalewski (Parsippany, NJ) scored off a corner and an assist from junior Terri Gidius (Coventry, Conn.).
Bryant would score an insurance goal 37 seconds into the second half when Kalukiewicz scored off a well placed pass from sophomore Casey Grange (Methuen, Mass.) as she booted the ball into the back of the net.
Le Moyne scored an unassisted goal with 20 minutes to go when Lauren Chiacchia scored for the 3-1 final.
The Bulldogs will return to action Thursday, October 14, when they host Merrimack College at Bulldogs Stadium. Game time is set for 3:00PM.
