Four Bulldogs selected to Northeast-10 All-Conference Teams
South Easton, MA - Four Bulldogs are selected to the Northeast-10 Women's Soccer All-Conference Teams. Senior tri-captain Hannah Sandrowski (Trumbull, CT) was named the Northeast-10 Defensive Player of the Year in the November 6th release from the Conference office.
In addition to being selected Defensive Player of the Year,
Hannah was named to the Northeast-10 All-Conference First-Team.
Sandrowski has been with the Bulldogs for four seasons and has
played 74 games anchoring the defense. In addidtion to her solid
defensive play throughout the years, she has also compiled four
goals and one assist. She brings the true meaning to a captain by
pushing her teammates to play harder and teaching by example.
Receiving NE-10 All-Conference Second Team selection are junior Casey Grange (Methuen, MA) and senior tri-captain Terri Gidius (Coventry, CT). This is the second straight year that Grange has been selected to the Second-Team. Grange led the team in points with eight goals and four assists. She now has 21 career goals and 13 career assists in three seasons.
Gidius was selected to the Third-Team last season. Gidius is one
of the best midfielders in the league and the hardest worker on the
team. She has totaled 14 goals and nine assists in her 79 game
career as a Bulldog.
Sophomore Tricia Spada (Dedham, MA) was
selected to the NE-10 All-Conference Third Team. Spada was third on
the team in points this season compiling six goals and dishing out
two assists. In her second year with the Bulldogs, Spada has become
an integral part of the Bryant offensive attack.
