Andrew DiGiacomo returns for his second season as a member of the Bryant University swimming staff in 2011-12 after serving as the assistant swim coach at Pace University. Working under the guidance of head coach Bill Natlo, DiGiacomo supported the growth of the Pace program from just eight swimmers to well over 30 members.

While at Pace, DiGiacomo was named the coordinator of recruitment and was responsible for conducting both land and water workouts. He coached numerous ECAC qualifiers and coached the Northeast-10 Men's Freshman Swimmer of the Year in 2009-10. In addition to his coaching efforts, DiGiacomo aided in the production of team fundraisers and developed the program's budget.

Prior to Pace, DiGiacomo was the Head Xcel Coach for the Empire Swimming program. He conducted training workouts for members 11-17 years old and coached technique and conditioning. He had the opportunity to learn from one of the best, coach Ilan Noach, who has developed junior and senior national swimmers, Olympic trail qualifiers and Olympians.

A 2008 graduate of Florida Atlantic University, DiGiacomo graduated with a B.H.S. in Business/Health Administration. While at FAU, he swam all fours years and earned All-Sun Belt Conference Academic honors for three seasons.
