Three Volleyball Players Named All-Region

BRYANT PLACES THREE ON ALL-REGION SQUAD

SMITHFIELD, RI (11/22/05) - The Bryant University women's volleyball team placed three players on the 2005 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-Region team.  Senior Michelle Muniz (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico) and sophomore Tiffany Garry (Frankfort, IL) earned Northeast All-Region honors while junior Jessica Cegarra (Danville, NH) was named All-Region Honorable Mention.

Muniz, Bryant's all-time career kills leader, has been named to the all-region team for the fourth consecutive year while Garry earns her first all-region honor and joins Dowling College's Jana Cleveland as the only setters selected to the all-region team.
