Volleyball Defeats Pace Saturday, 3-0

Volleyball Picks Up 3-0 Win at Pace Saturday

PLEASANTVILLE, NY - Michelle Muniz had 14 kills and Jessica Cegarra chipped in with 12 as the Bryant University volleyball team picked up a 3-0 conference win at Pace on Saturday. Tiffany Garry had 38 assists in the match as the Bulldogs improve to 22-9 on the season.  Bryant will travel to Assumption Tuesday.

Muniz had just four errors on 32 swings while Cegarra added three blocks defensively.  Freshman Maureen Atkins had 19 digs and added a pair of service aces.  Garry, a sophomore setter, had 38 assists to go with 12 defensive digs and four kills. 

Lindsay Klix had seven kills and two blocks while Beth Schlatterer contributed four kills and a block.  As a team, Bryant had nine service aces in the match.
