VOLLEYBALL SEEDINGS ANNOUNCED BY CONFERENCE

SMITHFIELD, RI - The 2006 Northeast-10 Conference Volleyball tournament will take place this Friday and Saturday at the Chace Athletic Center on the campus of Bryant University. Bryant, the three-time defending conference champion, will be the No. 3 seed of the tournament and will play sixth-seed Franklin Pierce Friday at 7:30 pm.
The tournament will kick off with top-seed Saint Rose taking on eighth-seed Merrimack at 5 pm.
The semifinals will take place on Saturday at 2 pm with the championship scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday night. The tournament will start Friday at 5 p.m. Saturday's championship match will be streamed live online at www.ne10.tv which can be accessed through the Northeast-10 web site.
