SOUTH EASTON, Mass.  - Bryant University women's volleyball senior middle hitter Jessica Cegarra (Danville, NH) has been named the Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Week after leading the Bulldogs to a pair of wins last week while junior setter Tiffany Garry (Frankfort, IL) has been named NE-10 Setter of the Week after averaging 12.22 assists per game for the week.

Cegarra, who leads the Bulldogs with 375 kills and 79 blocks, averaged 5.25 kills and hit a blistering .321 in three conference matches on the week.  On Saturday, the middle had 26 kills against Saint Rose and followed with 19 kills against Le Moyne on Sunday.  She had just two errors in hitting .515 for the match.

With 495 career blocks, Cegarra needs only five to pass former standout Bunmi Akinnusoto for first all-time in school history for career blocks.
