Volleyball Hosts Bentley Tonight in Battle For First Place in the NE-10

BRYANT VOLLEYBALL HOSTS BENTLEY TONIGHT

First place in the Northeast-10 Conference is on the line tonight as Bryant University hosts Bentley College in a battle of the conference's last two undefeated teams.  Bryant comes into tonight's match 9-0 on the season and ranked No. 3 in the latest NCAA Northeast Regional poll.  Bentley, meanwhile, brings a 7-0 conference record and No. 2 regional ranking into the match. 

BULLDOG UPDATE
Winners of three in-a-row and nine of their last 11, the Bulldogs are led by senior Likica Grceva and sophomore Julie Geonnotti.  Grceva is averaging 4.01 kills per game and is hitting .229 offensively.  Geonnotti is second on the team with 202 kills and has 26 blocks.  Setter Tiffany Garry (10.5 assists per game) leads the Northeast-10 with 72 service aces this season.

BENTLEY COLLEGE FALCONS
Bentley is coming off a 3-1 loss at New Haven last Friday evening after taking a four-match road trip to the West Coast.  Susan Harrahy leads the Northeast-10 with 4.41 kills per game this season.  Christina Sadowski has 56 total blocks on the year. 
 
NEXT UP
The Bulldogs will host the annual Halloween Classic this Friday and Saturday as part of Senior Weekend.  Bryant will host NYIT on Friday at 5 pm and Georgian Court (4 pm) and Dowling (6 pm) Saturday.
