Volleyball Splits Opening Round at East Stroudsburg

VOLLEYBALL SPLITS OPENING ROUND AT EAST STROUDSBURG
 
With her five aces vs. Shippensburg, Tiffany Garry became Bryant's all-time career ace leader, passing Marcie Monaco's record of 326.


EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. - The Bryant volleyball team split a pair of non-conference matches Friday at the East Stroudsburg Tournament. 

The Bulldogs fell to Shippensburg 3-1 in the opener but rallied to knock off host East Stroudsburg 3-0 in the nightcap.  The tournament will conclude Saturday.

Likica Grceva paced the Bryant attack with 16 kills and 13 digs while Miranda Kolb and Adrienne Boss each had nine kills apiece. 

Garry, who had five service aces in the match, becoming Bryant's all-time career ace leader, had 37 assists and three digs defensively.
