GLOVER HONORED WITH RIAIAW AWARD

NEWPORT, R.I.- After completing one of the most successful four-year careers of any athlete to come through Bryant University, Delia Glover (Marston Mills, Mass.) was honored with the RIAIAW Award in a ceremony last week at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island .

BULLDOG VOLLEYBALL ADDS ONE NLI SIGNEE FOR 2009 SEASON

SMITHFIELD, R.I.- The Bryant University volleyball program and head coach Theresa Garlacy are pleased to announce the addition of Haley Streich (Saint Charles, Ill.) to the 2009 incoming freshman class, making her the seventh NLI signee for the Bulldogs this year. Streich, a 6’ 1” middle/ right side hitter will join six other freshman and six returners as Bryant enters its second year of Division I play.

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- Once again in 2009, as it has for the past 15 years, the Bryant University volleyball team got involved in their community, volunteering at the 2009 Northern Rhode Island Special Olympics, hosted on Bryant's campus Saturday.
