Teams Compete at Fordham Invitational

BRONX, NY - The Bryant men's and women's cross country teams traveled to the Fordham Fiasco Invitational on Saturday at Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, NY.

The Bryant women placed tied for third overall with C.W. Post with 109 total points. Holly Resendes (Warwick, RI) led the way for the Bulldogs with a 13th place finish overall in a time of 20 minutes, 57 seconds over the five mile course. Nicole Radzik (Manchaug, Mass.) was 19th (21:31) while teammate Kara Tranquillo (Stratford, Conn.) was 24th in 22:17.

On the men's side, the Bulldogs placed sixth out of nine teams competing as Caleb Paul (Addison, Maine) had a strong day with a 13th-place finish in 27:37 over the 5K course. Jared Nelson (Cranston, RI) was next to cross the line, placing 29th in 28:23.
