BOSTON, Mass. – The Bryant men’s and women’s
cross country teams traveled to the New England Championships
Saturday afternoon. On a soggy course at Franklin Park, the
Bryant men finished in 32nd overall as senior
Caleb Paul placed 62nd
individually. The native of Addison, Maine crossed the line
in a time of 26 minutes, 32 seconds. Teammate Andrew Holmes
took 154th individually with a time of 27:24 while
Alan Waters was next to cross the line for the
Bulldogs with a time of 27:58 good enough for
203rd. Steve Barone
(222nd – 28:17), Jeff Britton
(238th – 28:38), Jared Nelson
(243rd – 28:42) and Tom Casey
(264th – 29:13) rounded out the varsity results
for the Bulldogs.
On the women’s side, Nicole Radzik’s 164th place finish helped lead the Bryant women’s team to a 40th place finish. Radzik crossed in a time of 20:25 as teammate Jennifer Goodwin was not far behind in 231st with a time of 21:19. Stephanie Rosen (264th – 22:14), Lindsey Tunak (273rd – 22:46), and Casey Fenwick (289th – 23:37) rounded out the varsity results for the Bulldogs.
Bryant will next host the Northeast-10 Conference Championships
on Sunday, October 23rd.
