Senior Nicole Radzik (Sutton, Mass.) won her fourth overall individual title of the 2007 season on the biggest stage yet - the Northeast-10 Conference Championships at Stonehill College last Sunday. Radzik beat out Bentley's Melissa Nash to cross the finish line first with a season-best time of 18:28.3, earning her Cross Country Women's Athlete of the Week for the third time this season.
Radzik also earned 2007 First-Team All-Conference honors and was named Women's Runner of the Year.
Six other Bulldogs from four different sports - volleyball, football and men's and women's soccer - earned spots on the weekly honor roll.
Bryant volleyball seniors Likica Grceva (Natick, Mass.) and Tiffany Garry (Frankfort, Ill.) received honorable mentions from the NE-10 after leading their team to a 3-1 week. Grceva averaged 4.82 kills and 3.29 digs per game for the week, including 21 kills and 27 digs in a 3-2 win over Bentley. Garry averaged 10.18 assists per game and tallied 12 service aces, notching 54 assists and five blocks in the Bentley win.
