Bryant Athletics Fundraising & Charity Policy
Bryant University Athletics is proud to support all worthwhile charities and organizations in their philanthropic endeavors. While we are happy to support community-wide initiatives and community service projects, Bryant University Athletics cannot fulfill all requests.
Fundraising events where proceeds go to support individual organizations are not permitted at Bryant University events and surrounding campus vicinity.
Approval of all fundraising events will be made by the Associate Athletic Director and Director of Marketing. Bryant’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee will have first right for all fundraising charity events that support the primary charity of the Northeast Conference: The American Cancer Society.
Any fundraising or awareness event in support of a particular charity must be approved at least four weeks prior to scheduled event. Organizations must submit to the Bryant University Director of Marketing and Senior Associate Athletic Director, a detailed description of intended fundraising event and the name of the charity that will be receiving all proceeds.
50/50 raffles, pass the hat, and similar events are not permitted.
Undergraduate business class projects will not be permitted during home football games due to space limitations.
Official Corporate Sponsors of Bryant University Athletics are the only business organizations permitted for promotion and awareness events at Bryant University athletic events.
All items used for give-a-ways, including but not limited to: t-shirts, pinnies, hats, wristbands, cups and mugs, etc., using the Bryant University Athletics logo, must be provided by an officially licensed vendor.
Student Organizations looking for an opportunity to promote positive initiatives are invited to attend select home basketball, baseball, and lacrosse games. Upon request and approval, arrangements will be made to allow Student Organizations to advertise their campaign to fans at these events.
Each student organization will be allowed a maximum of 3 opportunities.
