Hahn fourth through 18 holes at Towson Invitational

GRASONVILLE, Md. – Freshman Tyler Hahn (Avon, Conn.) shot a 2-under 70 for a fourth-place result on the afternoon, helping the Bryant University men's golf team to a sixth-place standing through 18 holes of the Towson Invitational Saturday at Prospect Bay Country Club.

  • Hahn birdied on 7 and 9 to shoot 2-under on the front nine. The freshman was even on the back nine, closing his round with a birdie on the par-5 18th for a 70 on the afternoon.
  • Senior Ryan Brown (Bedford, N.H.) stands 22nd in the field of 93 after recording a 3-over 75. Brown was 3-over through four holes but used a strong back nine, birdieing three out of four holes on 12-15, to rebound down the stretch.
  • Junior Matthew Stafford (Suffield, Conn.) recorded a 5-over 77 and sits 36th in the field.
  • Youngstown State holds a seven-stroke lead over LIU Brooklyn with 18 holes to play. The Bulldogs are six strokes back of the Blackbirds.
